Déanfar achan iarracht pacáistí a phróiseáil chomh luath agus is féidir agus de ghnáth is gach dara lá a dhéanfar próiseáil ar orduithe. Má tá d’ordú ag teastáil ar bhonn práinne, cuir nóta leis an ordú agus déanfaidh muid iarracht cuidiú leat más féidir. Go hiondúil, is lá amháin go dhá lá oibre a thógann sé ar An Post ordú a sheacadadh taobh istigh de phoblacht na hÉireann, ach níl neart ar bith ag Mara Duit ar mhoill taobh istigh de chóras An Post agus an pacáiste seolta. 

Tá costas seachadta ag brath ar mhéachán an phacáiste, agus seolfar pacáistí fríd An Post, ar fud an domhain, ag toiseacht ag €5.85 taobh istigh de Phoblacht na hÉireann.

Tá custaiméirí thar lear freagrach as cáin agus táillí ar bith a ghearrfaí orthu as pacáistí a iompórtáil chuig a dtír fhéin. Ní bhaineann táillí de ghnáth le custaiméirí i dtuaisceart na hÉireann.

Parcels are sent within 1-4 business days at the latest after your order is confirmed. Every effort will be made to fulfil your order as soon as possible and usually orders are processed within 1-2 days. If you need your order to be sent quickly, please add a note to your order and we will do our best to help if possible. The usual time frame for An Post delivery within the Republic of Ireland is 1-2 business days, however Mara Duit is not responsible for any delays within the An Post system after the parcel has been sent. 
Shipping is priced by weight, and shipped worldwide via An Post, starting from €5.85. 

Customers are responsible for any taxes, tariffs, fees and charges incurred when importing parcels to their home address. Charges should not apply to customers in the north of Ireland.

Email confirmation of shipping will be sent where email is provided. If you have not received a confirmation email, please check that you have not selected SMS updates.

All customers have a 30-day window from shipping date to submit a request or query about lost or misplaced parcels. Orders will not be refunded or reshipped if an issue is not raised within 30 days.
