TO AVOID LEAKAGE:
When closed tightly on the correct tread, the cup can be turned upside down without spilling. Small leaks may occur if a boiling hot drink is upside down for long periods of time because of the air release hole being under pressure from steam. When the drink cools slightly the cup should not leak at all.
CARE:
Hand-wash after each use. To remove exterior stains, dishwasher can be used infrequently, but may warp the seal over time with excessive use.
